CYO Village - Piara Waters, WA

LOCATION: Piara Waters, WA
CLIENT: Tillbrook Nominees Pty Ltd
END PROJECT VALUE: $35m
The CYO Village is an existing mixed-use facility owned by the direct descendants of CY O’Connor (hence the name), WA’s most revered engineer and father of the Kalgoorlie pipeline. Built in 1998 the village was established to support education, research, development and employment in the area – facilities currently include a small business incubator precinct and tavern.

The success of the original development has resulted in a need for further residential accommodation, plus a new retail and mixed business precinct. Wallis Property has been appointed to project manage these new works, which will result in the creation of 160 new homesites, and to strategically support the development of other new facilities at the village, including new centres for sport and the arts and a fine dining restaurant.
