Springtime - Haynes, WA

Due for completion in 2012, Springtime is a $25.5m project in Haynes, WA. It is an exclusively residential development that will create 150 homesites aimed at 25-35-year-old first and second homebuyers. To keep prices affordable for this demographic, lot sizes are smaller than at Bletchley Park, but our goal, to create well-designed residential communities that satisfy the very specific needs of our target end-occupiers, remains the same.

Springtime is a beautiful site, abundant with Marri and Coral trees. Our planning for this project, which included consultation with local Aboroginal elders, makes the most of these natural features. A full understanding of these environmental sensitivities, and our ability to adapt to them, enabled us to gain approvals on this project faster than any developer currently operating in the district.
